With the launch of our newest piece of Australian-made storage, Cabine, we’re celebrating Australian design and craftsmanship. We are fortunate to feature some incredible local and Australian design in our Northcote studio, with pieces from Paul & Lydia of Fellows Mobiles, furniture by Barnaby Lane, ceramics from Ghostwares, linen from Cultiver and woollen throws from Seljak.
Swooning over the works of our fellow Australian furniture makers and small business owners, we’ve decided to share a curation of our favourite locally-made minimalist furniture pieces. Each of which are designed, first-and-foremost, to cultivate a simpler existence. This underlying motivation has resulted in the creation of our understated, minimalist furniture. Our pared-back and simple design allows each piece to stand the test of time - a Plyroom piece is mainstay amidst changing trends and personal taste.
