  • Solid brass is a material that contains raw metals such as copper & zinc which overtime can patina when exposed to moisture, humidity and certain liquids.  Brass will continue to naturally age and darken overtime to develop a unique patina. Small marks and impressions are a result of the handcrafted nature of the material. This is part of its organic ageing process, and is not considered a flaw or imperfection.

A 2 year warranty covers the structural integrity of Plyroom products.

Our warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. It is not transferable and does not apply in situations of misuse or incorrect use of the product.
